Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to Mosaic Events at sarah.primmer@mosaicevents.co.uk. Only written cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellations received more than 20 days prior to the event (i.e before 11 July 2023) will be eligible for a refund less a 25% handling fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Funds paid are non-transferable between events or delegates. AfPP reserves the right to add or remove elements from the Conference programme.
